Any order that has been shipped within UAE, falls within a returnable category and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be processed for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do I return an item(s)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are very simple steps that you can follow if you want to return item(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Head over to Your Orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the item you&#8217;d like to return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Return Items button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the item(s) and quantity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick your preferred refund method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule a pickup time that works best for you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the same steps to track your return status!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How does it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to &#8220;My Account&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201cAccount Information\u201d, then \u201cMy Returns\u201d and choose \u201cNew Return \/ Exchange Request\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the order (s) you want to return from the list. Only items that are eligible for return will be shown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the most appropriate return reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach a photo of the product that describes your return reason appropriately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add your comments if you want to let us know anything.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t forget to add your contact telephone number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non-returnable Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below is the list of the items that are&nbsp;<strong>not eligible<\/strong>&nbsp;for a return, replacement, or exchange:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products that are classified as hazardous materials or contain flammable liquids or gases like batteries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that fall under specific categories, which are hygiene-related and certain baby products (e.g. teethers related toys etc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized items that you requested to be designed especially for you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that have been fully assembled or have been requested with installation are not eligible for returns. (Examples &#8211; ride-on toys, playpens, indoor\/outdoor playsets).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that have been used or damaged by you, or are not in the same condition as you received them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under their warranty period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE] *unless found to be faulty. Faulty products will require verification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;If the item was purchased on sale, the refund\/store credit for the returned item will be initiated for the same value paid when placing the order ONLY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets our returns policy guidelines. The refund will be processed according to our refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For International Warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees &#8211; both collection and return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will get a refund if the product(s) are returned, evaluated and found eligible for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International shipped orders are not eligible for refund *unless found to be faulty. Faulty products will require verification<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on debit\/credit card, Apple pay and\/or PayPal. However, this is not applicable for cash on delivery orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can choose whether you want your money refunded as store credit or back to your credit\/debit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;You can choose to cancel the store credit and get a refund to your account within 30 days from the day the store credit was created, not applicable on COD orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>All COD orders will be refunded as Toy Souk store credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>At Toy Souk, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all of our customers.
