For Cash on Delivery orders in the UAE
- Cash on Delivery fees of AED 10 apply to orders under AED 100.
- Cash on Delivery is not applicable for orders AED 10,000 and above.
ID Requirement Upon Delivery
To ensure that your products are delivered with certainty, ToySouk and its delivery partners may request, during delivering process, that you provide us a copy/picture of your valid ID to verify your identity.
If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
